We’ve neglected the aims of our ways in our hearts We are such a mess We only own the past and we made such a mess If there ever was reason it got lost on the way or got misunderstood We’re all twirling around, singing along In this self-destructive dance This self-destructive dance Our self-destructive dance Our suicidal dance Ride over them Connect to the asphalt Our concrete beds Are always covered with ashes We strain, we fall And simply bullet the blue How did we come to this, on our ways, in our hearts? We are such a mess Leaders are chosen small minded or wisely But they rule no more Our war, it’s on! So we get our faces smashed against our foundaments Ride over them Connect to the asphalt Our concrete bed’s Always covered with ashes Have we done well? When all currents are distorted.. Have we done well? When five people are dying on their road… We strain, we fall And simply bullet the blue We strain, we fall And simply were wrong

All my fear and all of my fury For threnodies, all so human (Though it's just the horror of her light) They all fear their own light in the dark We all fear our light in the dark Know that it is not dangerous to mistake children for angels And one of the hardest things to see Is how much can be forgiven? And if a turning hour awaited Couldn't her light shine soothing for thee? Dead eyes see no more light in a meaningful existence With the lack of a cause to not go astray. Whatever this is Whoever is needed And whoever this may be...come on Breathe in deep Face me Breathe out And revive Revive All my fear and all of my fury For threnodies, all so human Lives could be spent worrying Submission could lay down our silent songs in dirt Oppression for comfort shall never base on us It’s tragic that bad art’s more beautiful than great art For it displays human failure But we can hardly see this From our bad seats in the human theatre So most attempts to ease our grief Are buried under the soil of our lament

The thought of this coming revelation Pierced to heart as a blast The end's certainty Brightness of living things fades in the back Behind a song of mourning sang by the dead Our journey was futile All effort is futile All hope is futile So less time for us to rise Distant horizon, Shores of fate Reveal this frailty of earth itself Nothing but this deceiving bright flicker Is the numbing background to just enduring To the end of existence So lay down your lifes Everything we give is taken aside Everything we take is taken All of our lies shall be buried In two years, not one day more The world will be swept away In the ruins of our conscience we constantly die In his infernal rosefield The tower of reality cries with his bestial voice And time is only a face on the water Time is only a face on the water Sincerely yours I'm praying for the end of time

This could have been the best thing that I ever did A sundance along the wishing wells This remains the only thing that matters A therapy for natural chaos Maybe this is gonna be over soon..

May this be a slumbering day at the sea Glimpses of consciousness offer solace With the weary looks of a bleak morning This world is gasping and so am I Like this degradation of ghosts that we have become We have come to march over glass before we fade away There will be neither control nor safety There's no protection anymore For no one and nothing Suffer in truth We may not meet again If we don't flee along the line Our pain will loose in meaning And if we don't achieve fullfilment and let our hearts wither away The lights we seek will cease to be If we don't flee along the line our pain will loose in meaning Our presence may be altered, even crushed to the ground If just one of the myriads of its facettes Is breaking up, is shattering On this journey without a chance to return Full of wrath we consume ourselves So our light dies in times of obscurity I remain here with a thousand questions Though i won't ask no more And you wouldn't say a word in any way And if we don't achieve fulfilment And let our hearts wither away The lights we seek will cease to be If we don't flee along the line our pain will loose in meaning

For this once Will be shown No welcome thoughts Of failing these miseries For your lack of answers... This just can't be your answer Pretence, this path is called Thence, I have often come Rationalized, at least one should have Evidence, just for this once For this once, understanding For this once, comprehension Then fall beneath silence which brings comfort Spare me solace for this once Every time I take a look at the fractured remains Ever left behind on this way Mostly untouched, mostly self-imposed Another proud state of mind dies with unknown consequences It's the apparent inconsistency of regret and improvement Too busy with denied self-pity Too numb to step up just for this fucking once Too weak for a change... Pretence, this path is called Thence, I have often come Rationalized, at least one should have Evidence, just for this once Bold, this pattern is But faint, my will seems And failure, I always see So cold, I've come to be So sing, repentance Sing, for suffering For this once, understanding For this once, comprehension Then fall beneath silence which brings comfort Spare me solace for this once

Prejudice is pouring like rain Elusory ways darken empathy I want to be much more than everything All I can afford to give and let go Coursing of complaisance Soiling of everyone giving Tomorrow is a disappointment Compassion has turned into a carnage Our minds waste away I have to keep this up everyday We need to see over the edge of the mirror that during a clear day Holds the world and all consequences, We cause and we design, never in vain The warmth of souls does so much for me Though I fail to find a way to repay In lifeless actions life stops to matter We need to keep this up everyday It repeats over and over again Lest we forget to take care of our hearts And the Ones we share them with We shall never forget to take care of our hearts And the ones we share them with And I shall never forget to take care of my heart and the one I shall share this with you I shall share this with you

What is the weight of not just a something in our lives? How much fits into its requiem? How much was lost? How much faded away with it? But how much is gained? How - much - is gained? This Requiem To praise what's real Indelibility was built before we collided For numbing our pain For knowing truth I was only sleeping inside what you couldn't see With the need to remember all my marks and scars will stay I can't remeber to forget I must remember to forgive It could have been the death of someone It could have been the loss of being whole It could have faded into oblivion It could have faded and then just have gone away We're mostly the sum of words and chapters In our life's book which we remember Starless nights of peaceful rest at dawn of winter's soothing grace Carried my head through meadows, whispered words of deliverance Maybe I've asked for too much Maybe I have never heard a word It could have been the death of someone It could have been the loss of being whole It could have faded into oblivion It could have faded and then just have gone away We're mostly the sum of words and chapters In our life's book which we remember
